I created Gentle Giant Care because healthcare shouldn't feel rushed, fragmented or impersonal.
My name is Lequawn James, and I am a Nurse Practitioner, as well as the Founder and CEO of Gentle Giant Care. As a Master Injector with expertise in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Anti-Aging, Peptide Therapy, Aesthetics, Drug Abuse Recovery, Weight Loss, Regenerative Medicine, and both Men’s and Women’s Health, I take a holistic approach to care. My goal is to empower patients with a second chance at life by restoring their mental, spiritual, physical, emotional, and sexual well-being. We are not just a med spa—we provide all-inclusive healthcare, helping clients achieve balance inside and out. Our guiding principle is, “Stop surviving when you can be thriving.” With a focus on wellness, nutrition, and proactive care, we help patients prevent unnecessary emergency visits. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I spent eight years as an Emergency and ICU nurse, gaining invaluable frontline experience. Prior to that, I played college football, earning All-Conference and All-American honors.
